Any person who has been discriminated against in a school setting.  Some examples of discriminatory conduct in education include exclusion from extracurricular activities, harassment, harsher discipline, and being treated differently than other students.  This is not an exhaustive list, but is intended to provide you with examples which may apply to your situation.  If your situation does not fit into these scenarios, you may still have a discrimination claim.  Click here to download an information sheet, call our office to speak with an investigator, e-mail your question, or come to our office to speak with someone in person.
